The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 09/09/2020 in connection with Crime No. 149/2020 registered at Police Station Ambagarh Chauki, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 394, 395, 120(B), 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
