By this first appeal under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the appellant has challenged the illegality and propriety of judgment and decree dated 09.09.1999 passed by 3rd Additional District Judge, Bastar at Jagdalpur, M.P. (Now C.G.) in Civil Suit No. 1A/1996.
