This criminal revision has been brought being aggrieved by the order dated 26.12.2020, by which, the learned trial Court has dismissed the application of the applicant praying for enquiry of his juvenility. 2.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant revision petition with liberty to file a fresh application for enquiry of the juvenility of the applicant after examination of the prosecutrix. 3.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed and disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
