1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as she has been arrested in connection with Crime No.140/2020 registered at Police Station- Ambagarh Chauki, District Rajnandgaon, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 302, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
