Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner / Corporation's application for renewal of mining lease is pending consideration before the respondent authorities since 20.10.2014 which has not been considered and decided till date, who may be directed to decide the same expeditiously. He further submits that all the mining dues has been paid by the Corporation.

Mr. Sao, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State would submit that State Government will examine the matter. 3.
Be that as it may, respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner / Corporation's application for renewal of mining lease expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
