2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the interim order was passed on 12.10.2018 thereafter it was continued till 14.12.2018.

The query being raised to the petitioner that how the petition will lie and who was in possession of the land, instead of answering the query it was submitted that the possession is being disturbed. Nothing is placed on record to show that the possession of the petitioner is disturbed there is no order under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of CPC. The petition is as vague as it can be. There is nothing on record to invoke the provision of Order 39 Rule 2 (A) of CPC.
