1. Perused report dated 03.10.2019, received from Superintendent of Police, Raipur (C.G.) in connection with non-bailable warrant issued by this Court and as per the report the appellant has died on 12th June, 2013. Death certificate is annexed with the report, which is issued by the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.

2. As no legal representative of the appellant has applied for leave to continue the appeal, this appeal has become abated on account of death of appellant as per Section 394 of the CrPC.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of as having become abated.
