The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.159/2017, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34, 294 and 506 of IPC. 2.

The earlier bail application was dismissed on 07.12.2017 in MCRC No.5735/2017 by a detailed order on merits, therefore, merely for the reason that the trial has been

stayed by this Court in TPCR No.21/2017, no fresh ground for consideration is made out.
