1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has called in question the transfer fee sought to be recovered by Municipal Corporation, Bhilai which is unsustainable in law in view of the decision of the State Government dated 26-6-2018 in which the State Government has clearly directed that no transfer fee is leviable in light of the decision of this Court in W.P.(PIL)No.10/2015 (Meharban Singh v. State of Chhattisgarh and others), decided on 24-8-2017.

2. Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the Corporation is complying the order dated 24-8-2017.

3. In light of the order dated 26-6-2018, the writ petition stands finally disposed of by quashing the order dated 14-12-2017 (Annexure P-1) passed by Municipal Corporation, Bhilai and the Corporation is directed to consider the application for mutation afresh, in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s).
