Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 01/04/2021 1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 04/11/2020 in connection with Crime No. 396/2020 registered at Police Station Purani Bhilai, Civil And Revenue District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 170, 419 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh application as and when occasion arises.

3) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
