(2) The petitioner is aggrieved by the appellate order passed by the Collector, Mahasamund on 30.12.2013, wherein, the petitioner had assailed the order of termination passed by the Janpad Panchayat, Saraipali on 23.09.2013.

(3) Admittedly, the order under challenge is revisable under Section 91 of the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 read with Rule 5 of the C.G. Panchayat (Appeal and Revesion) Rules, 1995.

(4) In view of the existence of alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to deal with the matter on merits. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers a revision application in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from today, the same shall be considered by the revisional authority on its own merits and decide the same within a period of 6 months after affording opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.
