1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.07/2021, registered at Police Station Supela, Distt: Durg, Chhattisgarh for offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that due to arrest of the applicant, the present bail application has been rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
