1. This is first appeal against the judgment and decree dated 23-42015 passed by the Additional District Judge, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari (CG) in Civil Suit No. 48-A/2013.

2. The case is listed for final hearing hearing in the weekly list commencing from 9-7-2018 to 13-7-2018. When the matter is called for hearing on every day of the week, none appeared for the appellant nor any representation is filed on behalf of the appellant.

3. Since there is no representation on behalf of the appellant,, I am left with no other option except to dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
