The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation which the petitioner has made claiming for compassionate appointment. 2.

Without entering into the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, this Court is of the opinion that, ends of justice would meet if the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents No. 3 & 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest in accordance with the rules and regulations as also the scheme of compassionate appointment applicable.
