Learned counsel for the applicant submits that against insufficient sentence awarded in Complaint Case No. 164/2011 vide judgment dated 1910-2013, he preferred acquittal appeal No. 103/2014 wherein also he prayed for enhancement of sentence and appreciation on the fact that compensation granted by the trial Court was insufficient. The prayer made in this revision is also subject matter of acquittal appeal preferred by the appellant, hence he does not want to be heard in this revision and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of above, the revision filed by the applicant is dismissed as not pressed without any appreciation of the case. Copy of this order be placed in the record of Acq. Appeal No. 103/2014. Sd Chandra Bhushan Bajpai JUDGE
