1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.82/2020, registered at Police Station: Mohan Nagar, Durg, District: Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The earlier bail application was dismissed in MCRC No.4135 of 2020 on 04-09-2020 with liberty to move again after examination of the material witnesses.

3. Now, the bail application has been preferred without the material witness being examined. No case for entertaining the application is made out.
