1. The petitioner has retired from service on 31.08.2016 working on the post of a Forest Ranger, posted at the office of the Achanakmar Tiger Reserve, Koni, District Bilaspur.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that most of his retiral dues have been released except for the gratuity, leave encashment and group insurance etc. He submits that he has made a representation to the respondents, but no avail.

3. Given the aforesaid facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending and ends of justice would serve if the

petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the case of the petitioner so far as non-release of his retiral dues is concerned.

4. Let appropriate steps be taken by the respondent No.2 within a period of 60 days from the date the certified copy is presented before the respondent No.2. It shall be the duty of the petitioner himself to make available the copy of this Court along with a fresh representation giving details of all the dues which are unpaid to the petitioner.
