Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 2/0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the State would submit that the petitioner's full pensionary benefits has not been paid to him on account of pendency of the departmental proceedings initiated against thim and which has been concluded but final decision has not been taken. (2) Be that as it may, respondent- competent authority is directed to take decision with regard to petitioner's departmental enquiry expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order as the petitioner has retired from the services on 21st January, 2017.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
