1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.158/2018, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Kanker, District Uttar Bastar (Kanker) C.G. for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the IPC.

2. Since after dismissal of the first bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., applicants' SLP (Criminal) bearing diary

MCRCA No. 162 of 2020 No. 3913/2019 has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 05.02.2019.

3. Considering the dismissal of SLP, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
