1. The limited relief of the petitioner that the petitioner seeks at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation which the petitioner has preferred against the termination order/discontinuance of service of the petitioner from the post of Program Officer under MNREGA.
2. The limited relief is not opposed by the State Counsel.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to take an appropriate decision on the representation that the petitioner has made at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
