Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 26/02/2021 Heard.

1. This is second bail application. Earlier bail application was rejected on 01.10.2020. Repeat application has been filed mainly on the ground of delay. The applicant is alleged to have committed offence under Sections 376(2)(i) & 506 of IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of POCSO Act.

2. Looking to the period of pre-trial detention, at this stage, it cannot be said that the applicant is entitled to bail only on the ground of delay.

3. Therefore, the bail application is rejected.
