Heard Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the earlier date of hearing, the applicant prayed time to deposit the amount alleged, however, due to financial constraint he could not deposit, therefore, on instruction it is stated he wants to withdraw the instant bail application with a prayer that liberty may be given to the applicant to repeat the bail application after depositing the entire amount. It is ordered, as prayed for.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
