3. With the consent of both the parties the matter is decided finally.

4. While deciding the Criminal Appeal No. 1505/2000 this Court had ordered on 30/10/2017 that the petitioners should deposit remaining part of the fine amount before the trial Court within a period of two months from receipt of this judgment.

5. Considering the grounds mentioned in the application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, this Court extended the time and ordered that each of the petitioners should deposit the remaining part of fine amount before the trial Court within a period of one month of this order.
