Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 11-71. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondents to consider his case for promotion on the post of Principal with all consequential benefits. The petitioner is a lecturer posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Rajendra Nagar, Bilaspur.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that instant writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 1 to decide his representation Annexure P-9 dated 26-4-2017 within a stipulated time.

3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondent No. 1 shall dispose of the petitioner's representation Annexure P-9 dated 26-4-2017 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.
