Grievance of the petitioner is that the land of the petitioner which is situated at village Kabaripali are merged for construction of Ghatoi Dam in Tehsil Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa, therefore the petitioner may be given liberty to file representation to the respondents No.2 & 3 so that ultimate justice is given to him.

Considering the limited prayer made, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation to the respondents No.2 & 3 with all the relevant documents within a period of four weeks from today. If such representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation.
