1. This is an application for restoration of WPC No.2821/2017, which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 10.12.2018.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPC No.2821/2017 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of one week from today.

3. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within a week, this order shall lose its efficacy.
