Grievance of the petitioners are that the land of the petitioners which are situated at village Kekrabhata are merged for construction of Ghatoi Dam in Tehsil Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa, therefore the petitioners may be given liberty to file representation to the respondents No.2 & 3 so that ultimate justice is given to them. 2.

Considering the limited prayer made, it is directed that the petitioners may file representation to the respondents No.2 & 3 with all the relevant documents within a period of four weeks from today. If such representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of four

months from the date of receipt of representation. 3.
