Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 26/07/2019 Today, learned counsel for the applicant again seeks adjournment. It is found that there is number of adjournment was granted to the applicant on more than one occasion. On the last date of hearing, no one appeared. Today, again adjournment is sought.

Therefore, in these circumstances, it appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the application. The application is therefore rejected at this stage though with liberty to revive.
