1. The grievance of the petitioner is that without complying the order passed by this Court on 14.11.2019 in WPS No.4308/2017 the petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment has been rejected vide order dt.17.03.2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to para 4 of the Judgment dated 14.11.2019 and submits that the finding was recorded therein that that denial of compassionate appointment on the ground that some of the members of family is already in service was quashed by this Court, therefore, on the same ground, the decision could not have been passed. The order dated 17.03.2020 shows that the application of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the Policy dated

14.06.2013 is in operation and as per the said policy, no compassionate appointment can be granted.

3. In view of the fact that the case of the petitioner has been considered, prima facie I do not find any willful disobedience is made out warranting initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh petition.
