1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 22.01.2021 whereby the respondents have cancelled the earlier order dated 21.01.2021 whereby the petitioner was asked to discharge his duties from the office of S.P. Radio, Bhilai.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the impugned order seems to have been passed only for accommodating the respondent No.6 who vide order dated 08.05.2020 had been ordered to be posted at the office of S.P. Radio, Bhilai which was subsequently modified vide the order dated

-221.01.2021 and later on it has been withdrawn by the impugned order dated 22.01.2021.

3. At the outset, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition firstly for the reason that place of posting of the petitioner is from one office at Bhiali to another office at Bhilai, Distt. Durg. Secondly, no service conditions of the petitioner, in any manner, is getting adversely affected in the course of implementation of the impugned order. The writ petitioner therefore being devoid of merit deserves to be and is hereby rejected.

4. Reluctance of this court to entertain the writ petition would not preclude the right of the petitioner to approach the authorities on the administrative side by moving appropriate application for ventilating his grievances. On such application being moved, the same shall be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible.
