1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has completed contract awarded to him, but yet his case is not being finalized by the respondents herein.
2. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has been asked to appear and complete the formalities for processing of the bills etc., but the petitioner has not appeared to complete the formalities, therefore, the contract in question could not be finalized.
3. For finalization of the contract, the petitioner may appear before
the competent Railway authorities and do the needful and thereafter the respondent-Railways will proceed in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy of arbitration against the impugned order(s). No cost(s). Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge B/-
