1. Given the nature of relief sought for the default pointed out by the Registry stands over ruled with the consent of the party matter heard and finally disposed of.

2. The claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment against the death of his mother late Smt. Basanti Yadav who died in harness on 02.03.2000. It appears that the claim of the petitioner has till date not been finalised by the

respondent.

3. At this juncture the counsel for the respondent on advance notice submits that it appears from Annexure P-6 dated 04.05.2018 that the case of the petitioner is under processed

4. Given the said submission by the counsel for the respondent this court of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be serve in keeping the writ petition pending before this court rather ends of justice would meet if the direction is given to the respondents no. 2& 4 to process the claim of the petitioner and take a final decision at the earliest in accordance with the scheme for compassionate appointment applicable in the department.
