At the outset, learned counsel for respondents No. 2 & 3 submits that the petition is proposed to be withdrawn and submits that the impugned order shall not be given effect to.

In view of the said statements, this petition is disposed off at this stage with direction that the impugned order, in view of the statements made by the respondents No. 2 & 3 shall not be given effect to, however, respondents would be at liberty to pass fresh order in accordance with the law as and when necessary.
