;]Nooneappears Hon'ble Shri Justice Inder Sinah Uboweia Order On Board 23/02/2015 By thisappeal, the appellant challenged the legality; validity and propriety of the judgmentdated26.il.2013 passed in Special Criminal Case No. 163/10 by the Special Judge under the Electricity Act, Janjgir-Champa whereby and whereunder the Court below has acquitted the respondent/accused of the charge under Section 135(A) ofthe Electrieity Act, 2003. The case is listed for orders on condonation of delay in payment of P.F., however, when the case is called for hearing on two occasions, no one appears nor any representation is made on behalf ofthe appellant. Therefore, in absence of representation, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the appeal.
