Petitioner is aggrieved by inadequacy of compensation offered to him by the NHAI/Land Acquisition Officer. He is seeking enhancement of the amount of compensation.

Petitioner has a remedy of approaching the statutory Arbitrator under Section 3 (G) (5) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

Let the petitioner move before the Arbitrator within a period of 6 weeks from today. If such application is moved, the Arbitrator shall do well to dispose of the same in accordance with law, expeditiously.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
