Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since he has already filed a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for quashing of criminal proceeding arising out of the same crime number, in which, an order of State has been passed. Therefore, at this stage, he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to revive, in case, eventuality so arises. 2.
