1. State of Chhattisgarh Through Secretary, Revenue Department, Mahanadi Bhawan, New Mantralaya, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh
2. The Collector, (Land Records), Baloda Bazar, District Baloda BazarBhatapara, Chhattisgarh
3. The Tahsildar, Baloda Bazar, District Baloda Bazar- Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh
4. Ghanshyam Sahu, Patwari, P.H. No. 26, Khamhardih, Tahsil Baloda Bazar, District Baloda Bazar Bhatapar, Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents For Petitioner :
Shri Palash Tiwari, Advocate For State :
Ms. Sunita Jain, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 04.12.2018 1.
The challenge in the present writ is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 17.02.2015 transferring the petitioner from Patwari Halka No. 39, Tehsil Balodabazar to Patwari Halka No. 2, Tehsil Balodabazar. 2.
Perusal of the records would show that the petitioner was not granted any interim order while admitting the writ petition. By efflux of time the petitioner must have acted upon the order of transfer in the absence of any interim protection. As such the grievance of the petitioner does not survive any further, the writ petition thus has rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge vatti
