1. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in compliance of the order of the Court, claim of the petitioner was examined and compensation has also been determined and the petitioner was noticed to appear before the Sub Division Officer (R), Kharsiya vide notice dated 5.3.2018 (Annexure R-3).

2. In view of the above, let the petitioner appear before the Sub Divisional Officer (R) Kharsiya towards collection of cheque of Rs.56,069/-

3. It is made clear that even after acceptance of the aforesaid amount determined as compensation, it would always be open for the petitioner to claim any higher amount, if any, available to him under law before appropriate forum.
