1. The present appeal i.e. CRA No.213 of 2021 and subsequent appeal CRA No.1029 of 2020 are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 21.12.2020 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Balod, District Balod, C.G. in Sessions Trial No.03/19. Previously filed appeal i.e. CRA No.1029 of 2020 has been preferred by the same appellants namely Sampat Ram Dewangan, Smt. Shakun Bai Dewangan and Teeka Ram Dewangan through their counsel Shri B.P. Singh whereas

subsequent appeal i.e. CRA No.213 of 2021 is filed on behalf of same appellants through High Court Legal Services Committee. Since two appeals against the same judgment of conviction and sentence are not maintainable, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the appeal i.e. CRA No.213 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable.

2. Post CRA No.1029 of 2020 for hearing in its due course.

3. Registry is directed to publish the names of Shri B.P. Singh and Shri Anand Kumar Gupta as counsel for the appellants in the cause list.
