The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the nonconsideration of the claim for compassionate appointment. 2.

According to the petitioner, his wife namely Chameli Tanvar was working as a Teacher (Panchayat) under the respondents, who died in harness on 04.04.2016. According to the petitioner, he was totally dependent upon the income of the deceased wife and after her death, he has moved an application for grant of compassionate appointment, which till date has not been finalized by the authorities concerned.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondents No.2 to 4 take an appropriate decision on the claim for compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
