Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has carried out certain job vide tender 24370, NIT No. 307 dated 28.11.2017 for construction and furniture work at Saket Bhawan Indira Stadium & Nigam Building. He submits that in order to assess the fact that whether the work has been carried out or not, a 7 Member Committee was prepared by Municiapl Corporation Korba. It is submitted that by Annexure P/4 dated 18.02.2019, it was found that the petitioner has carried out the wooden work and according to the report of the Committee, an amount of Rs.29,53,122.04/- was settled which was further ratified by the Executive Engineer. He further submits that since the petitioner has carried out the work, the undisputed amount may be released to him.

On earlier occasion, the respondent's counsel was directed to seek instructions. He submits on instructions that the undisputed amount would be released within a further period of two weeks.

In view of such submission, no further judicial intervention would be required and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on merits of the case as to the quantum of amount payable to the petitioner.
