Learned counsel for the parties would submit that this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 3308/2017, Tanwant Singh Chhabda vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Writ Petition No. 3329/2017, Mahesh Kumar Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Ors. dated 12.12.2017.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order passed in Tanwant Singh Chhabda vs. State of Chhattisgarh (supra) and Mahesh Kumar Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Ors.(supra). Copy of order dated 12.12.2017 of both writ petitions be made part of this order. 5.
