The appellant/petitioner filed Writ Petition with the following prayers: "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, commanding and directing the respondents to place the complete record related with the case of the petitioner for just and proper decision of the case.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, commanding and directing the respondent No.1 to quash the order Annexure P/1.
10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate
WA 80 of 2018 writ, commanding and directing the respondent No.1 to stay the effect and operation of the order Annexure P/1.
10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, commanding and directing the respondent No.1 to give all thoughtful consideration of the difficulties and representation made about the difficulties by the petitioner regarding the opening of the Linki court at Kurud.
10.5 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, commanding and directing the respondent No.1 to reassess and reconsider the decision vide Annexure P/1, after considering the complete facts, circumstance and situation of the case, particularly about the number of the Courts at Dhamtari, the total number of cases at Dhamtari, the gradual performance and improvement of the litigation, since year 1989 to year 2017 and also other aspects of the matter, which have persuaded the respondent No.1 to arrive at a decision Annexure P/1.
10.6 Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the cse, may also be granted."

Shri Akash Yadu, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is no more interested to proceed with the matter in view of subsequent developments and hence seeks for permission of this Court for withdrawal of this appeal.
