The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.207/2017, registered at Police Station Kasdol, District Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara, for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307 and 498 (A)/34 of IPC.

In view of the dying declaration of the deceased, who happens to be the applicant's wife, I am not inclined to admit the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. 3.

Let the Trial Court expedite the trial and make all possible endeavor to conclude the same at the earliest.
