On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 15.01.2021 passed in Cont No. 16 of 2021 is recalled. Consequently, Cont No. 16 of 2021 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
