1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not being allowed to make application before the concerned Jail Superintendent for grant of parole/leave as she is unable to mention the name of two sureties in the application.

2. Mr. Ravi Bhagat, learned State counsel, would submit that when suitable application is filed before the concerned Jail Superintendent that will be considered by the Jail Superintendent in accordance with law whether two sureties are mentioned or not.

3. In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel petitioner is at liberty to move application before the concerned Jail Superintendent and he is directed to considered petitioner's application expeditiously in accordance with law.
