(1) Counsel for respondents No. 4 to 6 would submit that cases of the petitioner's son namely Mr. Krishna Yadav, is in advance stage of

consideration. The Competent Authority has constituted a committee for physical examination of the candidates to be appointed in accordance with the prescribed eligibility criteria under the rules within six weeks.

(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of paragraph two of the reply filed by respondents No. 4 to 6.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(4) In view of submissions made by the parties, this writ petition stands finally disposed of in terms of paragraph two of the reply filed by respondents No. 4 to 6 .
