Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 5 /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the award with regard to land, house and building has been prepared in the name of Gaurishankar Patel and 5 others whereas the petitioner is entitled for the said compensation.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 before the Collector for redressal of his grievances and, in turn, the respondent No.1 - Collector shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
