1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal in terms of clause 18 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System Control Order 2016 before the State Government.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an appeal in terms of clause 18 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System Control Order 2016 to the State Government within two weeks from today and that will be considered and disposed off by the State Government in accordance with law expeditiously.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
