(C) No. 2865 of 2017, the petitioner is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to respondent authority to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 30.10.2017 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 2865 of 2017. (3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to respondent / competent authority and, in turn, authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 2865 of 2017 in its letter and spirit.
